Great for those who need to start a new lifestyle or learn to manage a health condition. Start with 90-days of intensive nutrition counseling and step down to levels of support as you learn how to choose confidently and independently.

Additional sessions with your RD can be scheduled at $150 per hour.

Most employers offer reimbursements for health & wellness memberships.

If you are managing certain health conditions, insurance may cover RD sessions or allow reimbursement for portions of your membership fees. Also, uncovered fees may be tax-deductible. Be sure to ask us so we can find out what your plan covers and help you obtain an MD Referral and/or Letter of Medical Necessity.
